1. Choose Your Trade Name

Begin by selecting a trade name that you`ve previously reserved or start fresh with a new one.

2. Define Your Business Activities

Pick your primary and, optionally, secondary business activities..

3. Partner Details

If you have partners, specify their number and nationalities. If not, you can skip this step.

4. Select Your Legal Structure

Compare and select the legal structure that best suits your business. If a certain type isn`t available based on your previous choices, it won`t be selectable.

5. Choose Your License Type

Compare and select the license type that fits your needs. Similarly, if a specific license type isn`t available to you, it`s because of your previous selections.

6. License Details

Provide the necessary details for your license, including location (if applicable), capital amounts, share quantities, and company duration. You can also choose to add extras like establishment cards and automatic bank account registration.

7. Partner Information

Input the details of your partners, local service agents, or managers. Be ready to provide their address, contact information, personal identification numbers (EID, Passport number, UID), roles in the company, and their ownership percentages.

8. Initial Approval

For certain licenses, an initial approval is needed before proceeding. Initial approval certificates are also required if you intend to register a new business location (Ejari).

9. Location Details

Some licenses require location details. You can choose existing business locations (shared) and provide the license number or new locations that need registration with your initial approval certificate.

10. Legal Documents

Submit your legal documents, such as Memorandum of Association (MOA), service contracts, and civil contracts for signing by the relevant stakeholders. Ensure that they register on IID for virtual signatures.

11. Receive Your Final License

Once everything is in order, you`ll receive your final license and all the necessary documents to operate your business. These documents will be securely stored in your dashboard`s document locker.

12. Additional Approvals

For certain licenses, external entities may require additional approvals. Submit the required documents and wait for feedback from an agent once the approvals are granted.
